Mainewave provides residential home energy audits in the State of Maine.  An energy audit will provide recommendations on home modifications and improvements that will:

• Reduce the homes overall energy costs
• Improve the health and safety of the home and it's occupants
• Improve personal comfort in the home
• Preserve the housing structure by reducing excessive moisture
• Significantly lower the carbon footprint of the home

Steps:

1. Contact Mainewave at  info@mainewave.com and inquire about scheduling an audit.
2. Download and complete the Mainewave Questionnaire (pdf).
3. Find all energy bills for the last 1-2 years
4. Energy Audit conducted (3 hours)
5. Report will be delivered via email within 10 business days.
6. Contact a Maine Certified Weatherization Technician to obtain estimates for potential energy saving modifications on the home.
