Service Price Description
Home Energy Audit with Report $375 Certified Maine Energy Auditor/BPI Building Analyst will perform detailed tests and analysis using equipment such as blower door, thermal imaging camera, moisture meters, and CO meters to determine recommendations that will lead to cost effective modifications that will reduce fuel and energy usage. 

Solutions will be detailed in a written report provided normally within 10 business days of the audit date.

Pricing reflects work performed within 30 miles of New Gloucester, Maine.  Longer distances may include an added travel charge.

Pricing is for single family homes with a living area of under 2500 square feet.  Additional charges may apply for larger or multi-unit structures.

Audit in the home usually takes about 4 hours and is generally done 7am - 11 am unless specific arrangements can be made. 
Building Modeling and Rebate Submission (Efficiency Maine) $150 Mainewave is a listed Energy Advisor for the Efficiency Maine rebate programs for residential housing incentives.  This service will, after the audit report is complete, provide building modeling and application for listed incentives.  The audit report and communication with the homeowner will indicate whether the home is eligible.
Post-Audit $150 This will be a short follow-up, normally after work is performed, to verify that energy saving goals are met.  This is required for most incentives and rebates.
